1. Lending institutions must issue new mortgage loans at an interest rate no higher than 3%, and new commercial loans no higher than 5%, to every qualified applicant, or pay a $10,000 fine to the applicant. Home sellers need to carry the loans themselves, if they can. You can make a fortune with little or no work.

When banks deny business owners loans, they’re shutting businesses down. Lenders are deliberately refusing to issue loans, partly because interest rates are low. While they’re waiting for rates to rise, they’re profiting from credit card interest and transaction fees.
10. Demand the establishment of a state bank in your state.
State banks operate for the good of the residents. The profits don’t go to anyone in the bank or shareholders. Most importantly, they take power and money away from the horribly corrupt federal banking system. State banks must be allowed to issue mortgage loans within their state. Realtors commonly work together secretly to force buyers to pay higher prices, etc. so they get higher commissions. Also, the amount of money they make for the work they do is excessive. That will save buyers and sellers many thousands of dollars.

How corrupt is America's legal system?
If you're in a lawsuit, your adversaries can lie under oath about everything, but you can't sue them, no matter what damages their lies cause you. Guide One Ins. Co. witnesses committed hundreds of lies, but it's illegal to sue them. It's all perfectly legal. Neither they, nor the attorneys who coached them to lie, can be prosecuted because perjury is considered to be a normal part of doing business. That loophole was created by legal parasites, to protect them from prosecution for their crimes, and because it encourages liars to sue. It's good for business.
It's the law that no jury can know if an insurance company is part of a lawsuit, which gives them the advantage. So, there's no such thing as a fair trial against an insurance company. However, insurance companies' attorneys deliberately mislead juries into believing that their clients have no insurance. Your case is decided by the amount of corruption lawyers can get away with, not on the facts.
You never know until it's too late, if you've hired one of those attorneys who sets clients up to lose their case (Thomas Ho'okano, Sacramento, CA, www.hookano.net), so they can then make about a hundred grand for an appeal, and then re-try the whole case. That fraud is legal because it’s committed by attorneys. You can't sue lawyers who commit these crimes unless you have over a quarter of a million dollars, win an appeal, re-try the entire case and win. THEN you have to find yet another lawyer who specializes in legal malpractice, and will take the case, which is unlikely.
To go after an attorney in civil court, no matter how corrupt or incompetent, you have to completely re-try the case and prove that you would have won, then sue that attorney, for a total of three expensive trials. However, it’s almost impossible to find, or afford, an attorney who will sue another attorney.
Expert witnesses are whores who will say anything for money, and sometimes betray you (www.gilbertkliman.net ). Kliman was trying to be hired by the insurance company he was paid to testify against, which explains his testimony, and why he insisted his clients not be present while he testified.
There are so many corrupt lawyers because district attorneys will not prosecute them, and your state attorney general is never held accountable for not prosecuting corrupt district attorneys. Nobody answers to anybody for their crimes, including judges. CA attorney general Jerry Brown wrote that it's not his job to go after corrupt district attorneys, in violation of state law which says that it is, yet this criminal was just elected governor.
Your state's bar association will rarely discipline attorneys for anything, and they fraudulently keep important information about attorneys from the public. The CA Bar Assn. found nothing wrong with any of the hundreds of crimes committed by several lawyers, but refused to reveal the source of their funding when asked repeatedly. They're financed by the attorneys they protect.
Mediation services, like JAMS, might give you a decision in your favor, but they do nothing to enforce it. After paying them several hundred dollars, you still have to hire an attorney and start over.
Appeals are a joke. They're expensive so the wealthy automatically win by default. You only have a 5% chance of winning, and if you win, that only gets you the right to pay for another expensive trial. The whole process will now cost you close to a half million dollars or more. The appeal process promotes corruption. It assumes that the trial was faulty, and a new trial should be granted, but while waiting for the appeal decision, which can take over a year, the bad guys can still come after you, forcing you to pay them massive damages, which sabotages the possibility of an appeal and trial. It's like sending an innocent person to prison for a minor crime and denying any parole until after a new trial and decision. Guide One Ins. immediately went after their victims for costs, making it impossible to appeal.
Lawyers don't warn you, and legally don't have to, about any of the illegal laws and loopholes that can victimize you before they take your money. If you file a lawsuit, then change your mind, it could easily cost you a small fortune to get out of it. Those who wronged you can then take everything you own.
Most lawyers scam their clients, and often. They can legally overcharge, charge for things they never did, fail to do what they were hired to do, charge for many more hours than they spend on cases, etc. Attorney Russell Hanlon ( www.russellhanlon.info ) convinced clients they had to pay him $8000 for an opinion letter. He failed to produce the letter, arrogantly stated that he never intended to produce it, and refused to return any of the money. Hanlon clearly knew he'd get away with flagrant fraud at the time he committed the crime.
The California Bar Assn. said Hanlon did nothing wrong.
Court reporting agencies are also involved in corruption, including falsifying legal documents, depositions, illegal over-charging, and can charge different customers different amounts of money. Quest Discovery Services ( www.questdiscoveryservices.info ) falsified legal documents to protect the Steven Bangerter law firm ( www.stevenbangerter.com ). They also charged $35,000 for a copy of a court transcript which was already completed in the courtroom, and delayed releasing it until after the statute of limitation for prosecuting Bangerter had passed. District attorneys won't prosecute them either. (The fact that Steven Bangerter was not prosecuted is the reason for this site, which will continue until he's in prison, along with everyone who's involved in the corruption.)
Defendants automatically lose cases when process servers lie about serving them. There is no appeal for that. There are so many more legal scams, which you finance, so there really is no functioning legal system in the U.S.
Jurors are victimized by lawyers and judges who deliberately deceived them. They're deliberately denied the information they need, but are expected to become overnight experts, and have to outsmart perjurors who have had years to perfect their stories. Both innocent victims and the jurors suffer for the rest of their lives as a result.
Some jurors are maliciously prejudiced, but swear to be impartial, because they want to sway the verdict. They know they'll never be prosecuted, and it's only going to get worse. Most Americans are just too stupid to be on juries, so if you're innocent, you should never ask for a jury trial. Examples are the O.J. Simpson, the DVS,

Yes, illegal laws protect district attorneys from prosecution for destroying or falsifying evidence to deliberately get an innocent person executed. Why is America's legal system so corrupt?
Because the American people don't demand: Accountability!
We can NOT simply change laws and demand future discipline -- that only rewards and encourages future crimes. We have to demand that the crimes of the past must be prosecuted and restitution be paid by the guilty legal parasites. Even if they're dead, somebody profited from those crimes, and it's the victims who deserve that money.
You can NOT stop the most sophisticated form of organized crime with minor changes. No Mafia could dream of a setup like members of the legal profession exploit. NO STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS FOR ANY CRIME COMMITTED BY ANY LEGAL PARASITE.
The American people obviously want to be victims -- "home of the brave" couldn't be further from the truth. Most Americans are afraid of their own shadows.
It was lawyers in Congress who have corrupted our legal system more and more since the '60s, so legislators have to fix the disaster or be held accountable. Americans who have done nothing to clean up the corrupt legal system really deserve to continue to be victimized until they demand accountability.
Until then, since there is no justice in the U.S., jurors must demand leniency for everybody attacking legal parasites who have victimized them, even if it means finding the accused not guilty. Many good people can't live with injustice, and taking the law into thier own hands is justified where rampant crime is legal.
DEMAND THESE CHANGES TO AMERICA'S LEGAL SYSTEM:
1. No statute of limitations for any crime committed by any judge, district attorney, lawyer, bar assn. and judicial discipline agency member, because they were all above the law when they committed their crimes, or protected those who committed crimes.
District attorneys who deliberately caused the legal murder of persons they knew to be innocent, or where they destroyed, altered, or hid evidence which caused the death, by any means, of an innocent person, must be prosecuted for murder.
2. They must all personally be held accountable to their victims in civil court, for all crimes and negligence, and the government must automatically seize their assets and distribute them when they're found guilty.
3. All attorneys who have taken more than 10% of the money awarded by juries must pay that money to their clients, plus interest at 12%. In class action lawsuits, that must include all victims who were left out of the lawsuits.
4. The legal system must be cleaned up, loopholes removed, made easily used by all, in simple English.
5. An end to the current jury system. Sleazy lawyers count on stupid jurors to get away with committing crimes in court. Most Americans are simply not intelligent enough, or have the expertise, to sit on juries. Since judges are often corrupt, we must adopt a new system. (more later)
6. The instant repeal of all 'illegal laws' which were written to benefit insurance companies, etc., and an automatic appeal for all cases lost because of those laws, since there' no such thing as a fair trial if an insurance company is involved.
7. The law must be changed so that no one may begin to go after plaintiffs until after an appeal process has expired and a new trial has been decided. That policy only benefits insurance companies and sabotages the ability of the average person to correct a corrupt trial. Money previously collected must be returned, with interest.
8. The public must be allowed to record everything that happens in court to eliminate falsified records and extortion by court reporting agencies, such as Discovery Services, which charges nearly $4000/day. Costs of trial transcripts must be limited. The only reason for these ridiculous laws is to extort money from the public.
9. Jurors who have been deceived and victimized must be compensated by the guilty lawyers.
10. States must pay for new trials wherever legal rights were violated.
11. The statute of limitations for suing the government must abolished because governments don't give plaintiffs enough time to file lawsuits and because of the difficulty in finding/affording attorneys who will take these cases. This includes all cases which have already exceeded the statute of limitations, even if the original parties are deceased.
12. All lawyers and judges must be sworn in before every trial so they can be prosecuted for lying, and must be prosecuted if they don't report crimes committed by other lawyers and judges.
13. No lawyer can be paid more than $1 until the case is won. If the lawyer loses, he gets nothing.
14. There should be no limit to the amount of claims in Small Claims Courts, and no limit to the number of claims that can be filed per year
15. Grand juries must investigate all complaints of corruption and must act separately from district attorneys, since they are career criminals themselves.

Where are all the lawsuits? The profits could be staggering for lawyers. Millions of victims of banking corruption, yet the victims go silently into the night, dying of homelessness. The American people are paying a huge price for letting the legal system get so corrupt.
Why have Obama and Democratic legislators created nearly worthless mortgage programs which help only a small percentage of homeowners keep their homes. Do you really believe that Republicans continually tried to sabotage those programs this year because they're controlled by the Tea Party? Since when do politicians deliberately try to make most voters furious with them? No, they're all being told to assist the bankers in sabotaging home ownership.
Reagan granted amnesty to illegal immigrants, which led to an invasion, but why has the federal government encouraged that for decades, now defends the illegals in court, sabotaging American citizens? For one thing, this helps to divert attention away from what bankers are doing, and it's another way to push people to fight each other, instead of their real enemy, the Fed.
Our leaders convinced us that we had to invade Vietnam because Communism was an extreme threat to our survival, yet Nixon sent American jobs and money to Communist China, which has led to their ability to control us financially. The answer is that those at the top made a fortune on the deal, which is more proof that our politicians are controlled by them.
America’s political leaders, financial leaders, and business leaders are clearly up to something terrible, and they’re all working together, whether motivated by greed, power, or fear. They're trying to kill freedom of speech and freedom of expression. They evidently know that this country is going to become a police state and are trying to beat the American people into submission, to avoid a rebellion.

Where Are America's Business Leaders?
Why have all the large corporations, companies, etc., which have been financially damaged by the 2008 Recession, still support those who caused it? Their wealthy owners know what's going on, but are either in on the scam, or are too afraid to speak out.
Many believe it's because the New World Order has an agenda of 'population control' which means getting rid of a lot of people, and they could never do that unless the world bank has total financial control of people. That includes ownership of homes, control of who gets to keep their jobs, and control of food so that most people will starve.
Bankers didn't commit financial suicide in 2008, they're going after total power. However, the American people have been committing financial suicide all their lives by refusing to wise up and fight back.
Instead, they're fighting those who are trying to save them, and the country.
The Wall St. protesters are the only ones who get it -- the fact that this country is under attack from traitors within, and that this will become a police state unless the people fight back.
They keep telling the ignorant masses that they must 'End the Fed', and their reward is to be verbally attacked by the masses, and physically attacked by bad cops who can't even see the connection. They should be treating those protesters like the heroes they are.

Ron Paul is Dangerous
1. Ron Paul knows what people want to hear. They want radical changes, which is what it will take to fix the U.S., but the American people are ignoring the fact that NO POLITICIAN WOULD SURVIVE IF HE WENT AGAINST THE FED. The last person who ended the Fed was JFK, and he was killed just months later. Ron Paul's been around long enough to know that, so he's either lying about everything just to get elected, or he is actually working for the Fed and will completely betray the American people once elected.

He's keeping people from doing things that WILL WORK by telling them they can be lazy, and that's one thing the masses want to hear. So, if he gets elected, then what? What is he going to do about Congress? THINK!
4. Forget what he says and look at what he IS -- a Libertarian.

Our ancestors gave their lives to keep foreign powers from destroying the U.S. but cowardly Americans have been too lazy and gutless to stop enemies from within who are literally destroying the country. In the Arab Uprising, those people sacrificed their lives or were in fear that they'd be shot or tortured. Protesters: Urgent Need
To Solve These Problems:
It's sad that the American people are so ignorant, but that’s the result of the failure of American schools.
The Occupy movement needs to gain the support of most people.
The three biggest problems are:
1. Most of the public are against the protests because they only see students who don‘t want to repay loans, hippies dancing, and the homeless using the protests as an excuse(?) to get shelter from the cold.
2. Most people complain that they don’t see a clearly defined goal, but they never ask the protesters, and are too ignorant to find a single thing to protest against.
3. Most Americans don’t see exactly what the top 1% has done wrong, and think the protesters are just jealous and want to take from the rich instead of getting jobs.
While these opinions couldn’t be more wrong, that’s the information the public is getting from the mainstream media and Republican leaders. Polls have shown that most people know better than to believe what that media tells them, yet they prefer to be deceived instead of simply doing a little research.
Solutions:
1. Be prepared to explain to the public and the media:
- why the Fed is treason, and how they will be victimized too.
- that voting won't help, and that the only solution is millions of angry people demanding the Fed be ended.
- how Fed Chairman Bernanke has more power than all three branches of government put together, and that it’s the Fed that’s running this country.
- that, even though it‘s a private organization, the Fed was created to take all the wealth, and turn that into total power over the American people.
- that the police violence proves that the camps and protesters are a serious threat to the Fed.
- that Republicans are against the movement, and the Party supports the Fed.
- how the greed of the top 1% is the cause of homelessness, and that they turned to drugs and alcohol after losing their homes.
- the many ways homelessness kills (lack of protection from the elements and healthcare, malnutrition, and from severe psychological trauma).
2. Openly invite the homeless to camp with protesters, because not letting the homeless camp is a violation of their basic human right to have a safe place to exist
Advertise homeless marches so the American people can SEE the numbers, and that they’re human beings, not just statistics. The top 1% has worked to keep them hidden, to hide what they're doing to American citizens. Make it clear that the middle class is under the greatest threat of financial devastation today.

Beside all the genodice, war-making, etc. they've committed, they're behind everything from identity theft to drugs.
Haven't you ever asked yourself why the government spends so much to watch every move we make and track us 24-7, while ignoring crimes committed against us, like human trafficking, identity theft, etc.?

Leaderless Revolution

Banking Demands
Protesting bank fees helped banks keep customers happy, but we want banks to LOSE customers.
Protesting for many reasons is confusing and won't get public support. Instead, focus on the corrupt Federal banking system, and cut their wealth and power. Carry signs that read:

Instead of one march which is only seen by those who happen to be there at the time, and clogs traffic and hinders pedestrians, hold a series of marches around the city at the same time. Marchers would be seen by a greater number of people, and they could march closer to home so more would probably join the marches. Count all the protesters to give the media an accurate count.
Hold protests down the street from
sporting events, etc. and cover all streets where traffic will be heavy and slow.

Occupy Homes
During the winter, Occupy protesters should move their protests inside and occupy as many homes as possible, if homes are at risk of being taken by banks, the owners request help, and have been part of the Occupy movement.
Also, immediately push to End the Fed, evicting the bankers who have evicted millions of Americans from their homes. (Banking demand #17)
To keep the media's attention, you have to adopt popular ideas, and respond every time there's bad news about the economy. Advertise warnings from experts to change public apathy and fear into anger and action.
Work closely with the cooperative media and boycott those who aren't.
Gather all the information about crimes committed by bankers and pressure the media to publish it all.
We're all going to be living in a war zone soon, unless cops wise up.
If you live in New York, Chicago, Oakland, Denver, or any other city where the cops act like Nazi storm troopers, think about getting out now. These are warnings and it's going to get much worse.
Those cops seem to think they're fighting lawlessness. In spite of all the corruption, the Bush Recession, and the attempts to cut police forces drastically, the cops still defend that corruption.
We all need to urge the cops in our area, in addition to our local and state
legislators, to think about the damage they're doing.

Those governments and cops are to blame for a lot of anger which will lead to violence. They will regret that they started the violence, but it will be too late to undo the damage.
So, to PREVENT that, the voters need to contact their city leaders and warn them that the violence against protesters must stop immediately.
If the cops in your area are violent toward protesters, remember that the next time politicians consider cutbacks in your police department. If those cops aren't smart enough to know who their real enemies are then you'll be better off without them.

A warning for bad cops
Bad cops are criminals hiding behind badges. They're only tough when they fight unarmed people. They're committing crimes and must be prosecuted to prevent this from becoming a police state.
When they stupidly try to sabotage freedom of speech, they’re on the same level as Benedict Arnold in our first fight for freedom.

The closure of post offices around the country is about heading toward to end mail correspondence so the government can read all emails and spy on everybody.

You can't see any psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker, counselor, etc. because everything you say to any of them in private can be used against you in court. There is no such thing a privacy! Some lawyers (Steven Bangerter, Oakland, CA) deliberately lie to a jury, sabotaging the right to a fair trial.
Legal parasites and legislators conspired together to violate your privacy for their financial profit by writing illegal laws that legalize their crimes. Psychiatric professionals charge exorbitant fees, but betray their clients by never warning them that their privacy isn't protected before counseling begins.

The leaders of the Occupy movement will disappear, as a warning to protesters, so protests will stop. Everyone will suddenly be scared to death of what will come next, and that's how you'll live for the rest of your life.
