                                 How corrupt is America's legal system?

Marie Mason was sentenced to almost 22 YEARS IN PRISON for involvement in setting fire to a piece of equipment and an office. NOBODY WAS INJURED.
Eric McDavid was arrested in 2006. He never committed a crime but was convicted, in a corrupt trial, of conspiring to destroy property.   He was given a sentence of 19 1/2 YEARS IN FEDERAL PRISON, SO HE CAN NEVER BE PARROLlED.
“Federal authorities have often tried to get sentences of LIFE IN PRISON and have called the activists “terrorists” even though nobody was killed or injured at any time.

They were given the longest sentences of any environmental prisoners in the United States. These are two of the 'Green Scare' prisoners, who are victims of the insanity of legal parasites who are career criminals, but can never be prosecuted for THEIR crimes because illegal laws protect them.  “Green Scare” is about the arrests of animal rights and environmental activists who have been charged with acts of ECONOMIC sabotage, but POLITICAL TERRORISTS in Congress are literally destroying the U.S. economy.

The worst terrorists in the United States are the legal parasites who have turned our legal system into organized crime and terrorize us all into obeying their twisted and evil ‘authority’ without question.
The law that protects them must be declared an ‘illegal law’ so that THEY can be prosecuted, and their victims released for time served. We must demand that the federal prisons be emptied of these kinds of prisoners BEFORE THEY USE THE OVERCROWDING, OR EXPENSE, AS AN EXCUSE TO RELEASE THE MOST VIOLENT OFFENDERS, which would cause the masses to demand MORE incarcerations, and would provide the excuse they want for sending people to FEMA concentration camps.

                                     How we are all victimized every day:

If you're in a lawsuit, your adversaries can lie under oath about everything, but you can't sue them, no matter what damages their lies cause you.   Guide One Ins. Co. witnesses committed hundreds of lies, but it's illegal to sue them.  It's all perfectly legal.  Neither they, nor the attorneys who coached them to lie, can be prosecuted because perjury is considered to be a normal part of doing business.  That loophole was created by legal parasites, to protect them from prosecution for their crimes, and because it encourages liars to sue.  It's good for business.

It's the law that no jury can know if an insurance company is part of a lawsuit, which gives them the advantage.  So, there's no such thing as a fair trial against an insurance company.  However, insurance companies' attorneys deliberately mislead juries into believing that their clients have no insurance.  Your case is decided by the amount of corruption lawyers can get away with, not on the facts.

You never know until it's too late, if you've hired one of those attorneys who sets clients up to lose their case (Thomas Ho'okano, Sacramento, CA, www.hookano.net), so they can then make about a hundred grand for an appeal, and then re-try the whole case. That fraud is legal because it’s committed by attorneys.  You can't sue lawyers who commit these crimes unless you have over a quarter of a million dollars, win an appeal, re-try the entire case and win.  THEN you have to find yet another lawyer who specializes in legal malpractice, and will take the case, which is unlikely.

To go after an attorney in civil court, no matter how corrupt or incompetent, you have to completely re-try the case and prove that you would have won, then sue that attorney, for a total of three expensive trials.  However, it’s almost impossible to find, or afford, an attorney who will sue another attorney.

Expert witnesses are whores who will say anything for money, and sometimes betray you (www.gilbertkliman.net ).  Kliman was trying to be hired by the insurance company he was paid to testify against, which explains his testimony, and why he insisted his clients not be present while he testified.

There are so many corrupt lawyers because district attorneys will not prosecute them, and your state attorney general is never held accountable for not prosecuting corrupt district attorneys.  Nobody answers to anybody for their crimes, including judges.  CA attorney general Jerry Brown wrote that it's not his job to go after corrupt district attorneys, in violation of state law which says that it is, yet this criminal was just elected governor.

Your state's bar association will rarely discipline attorneys for anything, and they fraudulently keep important information about attorneys from the public.  The CA Bar Assn. found nothing wrong with any of the hundreds of crimes committed by several lawyers, but refused to reveal the source of their funding when asked repeatedly.   They're financed by the attorneys they protect.

Mediation services, like JAMS, might give you a decision in your favor, but they do nothing to enforce it.  After paying them several hundred dollars, you still have to hire an attorney and start over.

Appeals are a joke.  They're expensive so the wealthy automatically win by default.  You only have a 5% chance of winning, and if you win, that only gets you the right to pay for another expensive trial.  The whole process will now cost you close to a half million dollars or more.  The appeal process promotes corruption.   It assumes that the trial was faulty, and a new trial should be granted, but while waiting for the appeal decision, which can take over a year, the bad guys can still come after you, forcing you to pay them massive damages, which sabotages the possibility of an appeal and trial.   It's like sending an innocent person to prison for a minor crime and denying any parole until after a new trial and decision.   Guide One Ins. immediately went after their victims for costs, making it impossible to appeal.

Lawyers don't warn you, and legally don't have to, about any of the illegal laws and loopholes that can victimize you before they take your money.   If you file a lawsuit, then change your mind, it could easily cost you a small fortune to get out of it.  Those who wronged you can then take everything you own.

Most lawyers scam their clients, and often.  They can legally overcharge, charge for things they never did, fail to do what they were hired to do, charge for many more hours than they spend on cases, etc.  Attorney Russell Hanlon ( www.russellhanlon.info ) convinced clients they had to pay him $8000 for an opinion letter.  He failed to produce the letter, arrogantly stated that he never intended to produce it, and refused to return any of the money.  Hanlon clearly knew he'd get away with flagrant fraud at the time he committed the crime.     The California Bar Assn. said Hanlon did nothing wrong because it's a fraudulent organization.

Court reporting agencies are also involved in corruption, including falsifying legal documents, depositions, illegal over-charging, and can charge different customers different amounts of money.  Quest Discovery Services ( www.questdiscoveryservices.info ) falsified legal documents to protect the Steven Bangerter law firm ( www.stevenbangerter.com ).  They also charged $35,000 for a copy of a court transcript which was already completed in the courtroom, and delayed releasing it until after the statute of limitation for prosecuting Bangerter had passed.  District attorneys won't prosecute them either.  (The fact that Steven Bangerter was not prosecuted is the reason for this site, which will continue until he's in prison, along with everyone who's involved in the corruption.)

Defendants automatically lose cases when process servers lie about serving them.  There is no appeal for that.  There are so many more legal scams, which you finance, so there really is no functioning legal system in the U.S.

Jurors are victimized by lawyers and judges who deliberately deceived them.  They're deliberately denied the information they need, but are expected to become overnight experts, and have to outsmart perjurors who have had years to perfect their stories.  Both innocent victims and the jurors suffer for the rest of their lives as a result.  

Some jurors are maliciously prejudiced, but swear to be impartial, because they want to sway the verdict.  They know they'll never be prosecuted, and it's only going to get worse.  Most Americans are just too stupid to be on juries, so if you're innocent, you should never ask for a jury trial.  Examples are the O.J. Simpson, the DVS,

The government pays cold-blooded professional killers to murder innocent people.  It's premeditated & they can never be prosecuted.  Yes, illegal laws protect district attorneys from prosecution for destroying or falsifying evidence to deliberately get an innocent person executed.   It's murder for hire--and YOU'RE the money behind it, so you're as guilty as they are.

                         Why is America's legal system so corrupt?  
            Because the American people don't demand:  Accountability!
We can NOT simply change laws and demand future discipline -- that only rewards and encourages future crimes.  We have to demand that the crimes of the past must be prosecuted and restitution be paid by the guilty legal parasites.  Even if they're dead, somebody profited from those crimes, and it's the victims who deserve that money.
You can NOT stop the most sophisticated form of organized crime with minor changes.   No Mafia could dream of a setup like members of the legal profession exploit.  We MUST demand a complete overhaul of the entire system.  If we don't, they'll wear us down, year after year, until most people just give up.

The only way we can successfully stop the most sophisticated form of organized crime is to demand
NO STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS FOR ANY CRIME COMMITTED BY ANY LEGAL PARASITE.
The American people obviously want to be victims -- "home of the brave" couldn't be further from the truth.  Most Americans are afraid of their own shadows.
It was lawyers in Congress who have corrupted our legal system more and more since the '60s, so legislators have to fix the disaster or be held accountable.  Americans who have done nothing to clean up the corrupt legal system really deserve to continue to be victimized until they demand accountability.
Until then, since there is no justice in the U.S., jurors must demand leniency for everybody attacking legal parasites who have victimized them, even if it means finding the accused not guilty.  Many good people can't live with injustice, and taking the law into thier own hands is justified where rampant crime is legal.

We must demand that the federal prisons be emptied of these kinds of prisoners before they use the overcrowding or expense as an excuse to release the most violent offenders or to send people to FEMA camps.

              Occupy Update
Occupy is dead.  There were enough decent people in the U.S. who were outraged about the cops beating the protesters that the Fed stockholders had to resort to another tactic - sabotaging Occupy from within.
The leaders led the protesters to focus on all their grievances, diverting their energy in so many different directions that the message  to 'End the Fed' was lost.
So, now all you freeloaders, who sat and watched the protesters fighting your battle for you, have to fight your own battles or suffer the hatred of your children for betraying them.

Most local news channels give only 23 SECONDS of legitimate news, according to a recent study.
The rest is chit-chat and junk written to keep most people interested, so they'll watch the commercials, and most people are too dumb to question this.
Every time you buy a newspaper, magazine, etc. you're saying, "Lie to me, because I'm not smart enough to deserve better".
Expose the media every time they refuse to publish courtroom crimes, etc.

         Leaderless Revolution
The Occupy Movement has been successful so far because there is no leader for our traitorous governmental leaders to prosecute or persecute, which would threaten the survival of the movement..
Some leaders are best at leading public demonstrations, some at writing, some at keeping important secrets, some work in secret, and others are necessary to keep encouraging the front line troops to keep protesting until the masses finally get it.
No one leader should be given enough power to be indispensable because our survival is at stake. 

A warning for bad cops
Cops are attacking peaceful protesters because, like whores anywhere, they're paid to, by the 'Fed' (links).
Bad cops are criminals hiding behind badges.  They're only tough when they fight unarmed people.  They're committing crimes and must be prosecuted to prevent this from becoming a police state.
When they stupidly try to sabotage freedom of speech, they’re on the same level as Benedict Arnold in our first fight for freedom.
Communism isn't their enemy, freedom-fighters are. 
Are the bad cops in New York (Oakland, Chicago, etc.) so stupid that they don’t remember just months ago when Republicans tried to cut police departments (their jobs) all across America?
They can be stopped if they're threatened,by knowing that good cops are watching them.

There's a world of difference between them and those who obey orders to show up at protests, but never attack anybody.  
Good cops also have an obligation to stop those who are beating people, to document what happened and who committed crimes.  If you can't report it, save it in a locked place.

If the protesters are defeated, you will be too.  They're fighting treason, and if you're fighting to defeat them, the public will turn on you.   
When you obey orders to be violent, you're fighting for those who want to destroy you and your families.  Wise up and figure out how you're being manipulated by corruption, the opposite of what you signed up for.. 

Are they so dumb they don’t get that the same group is ordering them to attack unarmed protesters? Notice that those same cops don't violently attack those who make meth, sell the most dangerous drugs to kids, shoot kids, etc. No, they save their worst, most violent attacks for those who are trying to save the country.  That’s the most obvious proof that some cops are the same as the criminals in our prisons, just smart enough not to get caught.
